Window Sills, Sashes and Seals

This is the warmest sealing system available in a window today. Our seals contain absolutely no metal. Due to the strength of todays plastics, our seals are just as strong as the metal seals used in lower quality windows, yet far more efficient, keeping your home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Our Dura-Lite spacer increases glass temperature 9 to 11 degrees over the competition. The warmer the edge of the glass, the higher the R-Factor. Plus Dura-Lite reduces condensation by 80%, greatly reducing the chances of mold growth.

The Dura Lite sealing system has only one joint where most windows have four (one at each corner). Fewer joints equal fewer seal failures and gas retention unsurpassed in the industry. Dura Lite sealing system guarantees Non-Prorated Lifetime Warranty on all seal failures and glass breakage.

Our Secure-Lock Meeting Rails give your house substantially more protection than standard window. Fully interlocking meeting rails, seal out the elements and add a level of security that is unrivaled in the industry.

The Quad-Lock Sill - A feature you won't find with any competitor is our Quad-Lock Sill system. This uncompromising gain in structural performance removes any concerns of air and water infiltration. By doubling the amount of weatherstripping, we have eliminated a primary reason you're buying new windows in the first place... drafts!

The amount of weatherstripping in the sashes of the Elite is simply amazing.

  • 1.  We offer 4 weatherseals at the sill to accompany the Quad-Lock Sill.
  • 2.  A triple weatherseal is placed where sashes meet the frame,
giving you more weatherseals than most other windows.
  • 3.  We also put two weatherseals at the Secure-Lock meeting rails.

Want more curb appeal? The design of our windows will add that polished look to your home. However, we took "polished" to the next level. All our vinyl undergoes an extra process to literally polish the surface, resulting in an ultra-smooth finish that resists dirt and debris.
